It has the trim on the door side to add an awning. We supply with a brand new porta-potty.This is not a restoration but a well done remodel. We painted it inside and out. It has new commercial grade carpet, has been upholstered, and new curtains. The propane lamp, stove top and oven all have been checked and working. The back couch slides out to a full bed and has real mattresses. The covers are pull over with elastic so they can be removed and washed. The table drops down to another bed, so you could sleep 4 adults.
