There are a couple of Orthopedic surgeons and chiropractors on site so there is potential for cross referrals and exposure to professionals (surgeons) otherwise difficult to find. $1000 retention incentive after the first 60 days of employment and $4000 bonus at end of first 12 months. Depending on productivity, there may be other profit sharing incentives. As a therapist here you will be expected to carry out routine Orthopedic Physical Therapy evaluations and re-evaluations (including ortho tests, current status/problems, goals, write legible reports and communicate with referring physicians or anyone else involved in patient care if necessary.) Carry out individually designed treatment plans (documenting in SOAP format). Exercise proficiency and manual therapy skills are a must. You will have the assistance of a Physical Therapist Aide.
