Emergency Department Director - Southern California in Los Angeles, CA

This ED is affiliated with a 150 bed non-profit community hospital in Southern California, about two hours from Los Angeles. This is a Level one ED and Base Station. They see about 25,000 visits per year 35 staff and shift supervisors support the Director.Ideal applicants will be experienced leaders with a min 3 yrs as a Director. Department goals include increasing patient satisfaction ratings enhancing the collaborative relationship with the Medical Director providing decisive leadership for the staff, and working with the departments dedicated LCSW to reduce excessive return visits.An RN and bachelor degree is required, MS preferred.
