Leverage your extensive and well-rounded HR talent to go beyond operational maintenance and position yourself as a true business partner and leader tasked with building a Human Resources department from the ground up. In the past we've outsourced Human Resources and Labor Relations, but in light of our strong growth, we've reorganized and decided now is the time to bring some or all HR functions in-house. To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have deep HR and business knowledge as well as the vision necessary to create a strong program. You will touch every part of our business from direct employee relations, to building a clear and transparent pay structure, to serving as an important member of the leadership team, bringing innovative ideas and strong direction.
