2002 Sun Tracker Regency 22 Pontoon (Tritoon) Boat in Los Angeles, CA

22' Suntracker Regency Edition 2002 with a 115 Tracker Marine two stroke. The boat is in excellent condition! The interior is wonderful and was well kept. There are only two very small nicks in the upholstery. I have included pics of those. The vinyl is very soft and the stiching is not separating anywhere. The boat has spent the majority of its life on a boat lift with the cover on it. The boat is not your average pontoon boat. It has a center pontoon log making it a tritoon. The boat is meant to get up and go. Each of the pontoons are equipped with planning strakes. These increase the area of the pontoons which allows the boat to come up on plane. It is not a slow boring ride like most pontoon boats. The boat is all aluminiun! There is no wood on this boat. The decking is all aluminium and will never rott. The seats are all plastic and vynil. The carpet in the boat is great with no stains, rips, or wear. The front seat pulls down to create a sundeck. There are two tables that come with the boat and can be placed in the front and rear sitting areas. I also have a propane grill that attachs to the factory mounting bracket on the bow of the boat. There is port-a-potty that goes in the changing room and I have it as well. I have the igloo cooler that goes under the drivers console. There is a live well under the captin's chair but it was never used. We did not fish off this boat. Did not want fish grim in this interior. It was our pleasure boat not our fishing boat. The engine is a Tracker Marine [removed phone] hours ). It runs strong and has no mechanical issues. The trailer is the original Tracker double axle trailer with hydraulic surge brakes and is in good shape. It is ready to hit the road. The bimini top is like new. I have the factory cover that snaps down all the way around the boat and includes poles that create a tent to keep off water. I always kept the cover on the boat while it was on the boat lift. The engine has always been reliable and has given me years of trouble free operation.
