The client is seeking an individual with at least 5 yrs of background who is ready to take that next step in hisher career The responsibilities include Assist with monthly close process, financial reporting, account analysis and reconciliation, month end close, journal entries, , detailed balance sheet reviews, cash flow statements, corporate submissions and ad-hoc projects as needed. Review bank reconciliation Review intrainter company activity between territories and home officeother divisions, monthly FXCTA movement, withholding and foreign income tax, producer shareservice fee calculations ensure all transactions recorded appropriately. Communicate and interact regularly with operating management and personnel review monthly results of operations and other relevant reports with them, as part of financial analysis of their businesses. Enhance financial reporting and streamline, refine and improve the consolidation process to assist management in business decision-making Assist with payment requests, vendor and product set-up Assist with audit support Liaise with IT group as required to continuously improve efficiency of reporting from systems to support the accountingreporting function Prepare ad hoc analyses, reports and management presentations as required. Support Senior Management, Corporate, Tax and Audit for ad-hoc projects as needed.
