Job Purpose The account manager will oversee all aspect's of AdCityHQ's advertising strategies.This role will be responsible for identifying and sourcing advertising partners within their territory. This person will be directly managing and overseeing the implementation of advertising programs and initiatives with these strategic partners. Additionally, this person will be responsible for directly selling specific advertising opportunities to local small-to-medium sized businesses. The person in this role will be the primary liaison between advertisers to ensure continuity of advertising strategies. Responsibilities Establish great working relationships with clients to ensure objectives Secure new advertising partners and provide additional services to existing advertising partners Send all images, documents and files, via email, scan or fax to home office Work with home office to agree on appropriate media channels and develop campaign media strategies Lead the development of creative briefs and ensure that marketing communications are held by the highest creative standards Conduct briefings, and oversee interactions to ensure collaborative relationships optimise output Ensuring campaigns are delivered within time frames Provide day to day updates including setting out clear responsibilities and objectives Ensure all marketing and communications activity is correctly complied with Keep ahead of developments in the field of marketing and technology/digital trends, maintaining links with the industry and incorporating into marketing plans where relevant Comply with all relevant rules, procedures and guidelines. Experience and Skills Experience with multi-media campaigns Understanding of marketing techniques including qualitative and quantitative analysis Managing delivery from in-house and third party creative resources Digital and social media campaigns Budget management and ensuring the efficient use of resources Driving collaboration across organizational boundaries Skills Strong project management skills, and budget management skills A highly analytical approach, able to critically evaluate ideas and information Effective written and verbal communication, with good presentation skills Able to embrace change, and make improvements to working practices Requirements BA/BS OR 2-5 years experience in either advertising, marketing or account management Valid Driver's License Knowledge of CRM applications Digital Camera/Cell Phone with camera ***You must have access to a computer. In order to process orders from advertisers in a timely manner, it's necessary to use computers to send/receive information on each advertisers account. Compensation 72k This position is commission with a base salary.
