They are actively seeking an experienced bookkeeper / accountant that is willing to take charge and get their hands dirty with all financial aspects of the firm.The ideal candidate will be able to assume all duties, responsibilities and authority for the financial department of the firm. The candidate must be a self starter and be willing to learn on the go.Company located in Center City Florida is looking for a Bookkeeper/Accounting Manager Nationwide.Manages and assists in process to record daily truck sales information in compliance with company policy. Assures proper handling and control of business accounting, including daily deposits and reconciliation of sales receipts to entry of sales information. Monitors accounts receivable and conducts collection activity; reviews and recommends write-off transactions with Franchise Owner.Assures timely, accurate completion of payroll and employee hours information Periodic review of Cash Flow and Profit/Loss Statements.With sales in excess of $1.5 million dollars, we are continually exploring new opportunities to grow our business.
